Research On Training System For New Agents Of NCL Xi'an Branch

With the opening gradually of life insurance market of China, the competition between life insurance companies is aggravated day by day. Under this background, as a specialized life insurance company, the key business of NCL is personal business of paying dues by stages. The key of development of personal business is to train agents effectively, and the starting point of training effective is to set up a training system for agents. So the setting-up of a training system for new agents has important meaning to promoting the continuous and effective development of personal business of NCL. Purpose of this text is to annotate the meaning of training system for new agents on the base of expositions of relevant theories. Meanwhile, an implementing scheme of the training system for NCL Xi'an branch will be worked out in the text.
