With the Chinese stock exchange market growing up, there are more and more company competitions focus at human resources competition. The human resource is a core competitiveness of local securities companies; the employee training and development become a significant important factor for securities companies to achieve their rapid growth, and also an important guarantee of their operation efficient. Therefore, Essence Securities has to research and study more and more to know how to achieve strategic training and development.Because the Chinese Securities market expands very quickly, the traditional businesses models have to be changed to meet more and more market competition. The changes require more adequate employees, and enough major and management knowledge, as well as company's core competencies to support their business development. However, although most people already realize the research program in human resources development is still backward with development speed, there still has not seen any similar research in local securities companies.Essence Securities, is a representative company in local securities market, therefore the studying focus at Essence Securities'employees training and development. The training and development study implements the systematic research approaches by the perspective of training management. We build up a set of training and development system for Essence Securities from concepts, methods and strategic measures; The major study methods here, include comparative, theoretical and practical combination, and systematic study methods. The theories using here, include management, economics, organizational learning, as well as the other relevant theory and issues.Using the current training and development theory, analysising the background and characteristics of local securities market, we establish a basis for external environment and viewpoints. And also explain Essence Securities' internal training and development environment, by analysis the real case and Essence Securities' training program and development examples. Based on current market and company development, we construct the strategic development-oriented, principles of personnel training and competency. And based training model, propose a safeguard for good training and development system, therefore establish Essence Securities harmonious development and differentiated training strategy.Here we bring forward a normative and scientific Essence Securities' training demands analysis and outcome assessment model; and, the target training programs base on the competency model which using in training demands analysis and feedback assessment, are also have forward-looking for the local market researching.
