Science technique level continuously developing allow network virtual economy and electronic commerce more and more prosperous, make the enterprise internal and external environment change acceleration, market competition acceleration is growing degree. The modern enterprise only have suitable organization mode, and adopt appropriate organization pattern in different phases, just can better face these rivalry and challenge,only this way to survive and development in the current environment. At present, many domestic and abroad enterprise in order to market changes and competitive requirement, more or less do change activities on organizational. For the enterprise internal management efficiency lowly, the information communicates not smooth, the production cost is higher, enterprise employee's career development can not get to guarantee and etc. These problem need enterprise continuously change organizational structure to solve or perfect. This thesis takes SZ-torch company as a research object, link organization structure, communication and performance management theory, adopt the literature research, investigation, case analysis and experiment way to carry on organization structure and practice.After research and practice for this case, can help SZ-torch organization change correct implementation. Ensure the company in this transformation can smooth transition, and achieve a new development. In research organization change and related theoretical basis, I use questionnaire way, understand company organization structure and organization management existing series question, clear the key point of company organization change, designed the plan of company organization change and proposed the guarantee measure to prevent appear some big problem from organization change in process. with change plan for direction,can help lead solve some question, designed company organization flow process step to change and carry out. Finally for the company organization change to evaluate, and according to some questions, propose related suggestion.
