This paper analyzes on the present situation and the reasons of the brain drain of the enterprise, and points out how to solve these problems and creat bigger benefits for the enterprise.The talent is the first resource. In today's knowledge economy era, Innovation of knowledge science, technology and Industrial Emerge in an endless stream. Human resources is more and more important. Only has the talent advantage, can country or enterprise have a competitive advantage. In the condition of socialist market economy, the flow of talent has become a universal phenomenon. As everyone knows, mobility of talented personnel will bring about positive benefit. However, there has been a tremendous increase in mobility in Dalian construction company. The situation is extremely severe. Especially young elite talents loss has been a serious problem. Youth promotes an enterprise. Youth talent is the cornerstone and the decisive factor of the company.This paper adopts the method of case study. We first analysis the cause and characteristics of the outflow of talent in Dalian construction company. We use the theory of modern human resources management, questionnaire, and hold youth symposium to carry on the analysis. Then we sum up three main reasons of the talent drain. They are the social environment, the problem of enterprise itself, the matter of staff. In view of the above three problems, we put forward to the method of human resources management. We provide ideas and suggestions of keeping the talents for giving full play to the important functions of the talents in the development of the enterprise who are in the period of Transformation.
