In the age of knowledge economy ,more and more enterprises have realiaed that employees are their most important capital,whose value is embodied by the abilities, behavioral modes,edndeavors and time of employees.Increment of human capital is the precomdition of enhancement important means for its rapid development and efficient operation. As a result,to set up a scientific and normative training management system has become a problem for many enterprises, which is in need of study and solutions.Training ,an an inportant function of human resource management,hasn't been fully made use of;in other words,the training managemnet of H Group isn't capable of satisfying the needs of the enterprise's current operations,its future expansion as well as employees'self-development.Through a survey of the training condition of H Machinery Group ,the paper reveals the problems existing in H Machinery Group's training management,and analyzes the cause.Then in combination of relevant theories and realities,it offers some proposals on H Machinery Group's traing management.Based on these proposals,it designs a training management system which is suited for H Machinery Group and capable of maneuverability ,thus realizing the comprehensive management of H Machinery Group training and improving the enterprise's training quality and its competitivensess.
