Beijing Agricultural Bank Accounting Business Process Reengineering Research

China’s WTO entry, foreign banks gradually enter into Chinese market, domesticcommercial banks have a larger gap with foreign banks both the level of management andbusiness operating models. How to raise the level of service and product quality, to meetthe public demand and to stand out in the fierce competition within the industry havebecome an important issue in front of all domestic commercial banks. The good news isthat foreign banks bring not only the threat of competition, but also successful experiencein business process reengineering, which makes the domestic banking sector to see theopportunities for reform and innovation. Business process reengineering as an effectiveway to improve business performance and enhance the core competitiveness of concern bythe domestic banks has become important means for the initiative in the new marketcompetition.The paper saw Beijing Rural Commercial Bank as the studding arm. On the basis ofthe bank accounting business process reengineering theory, through the studding of theexternal environment, internal environment and the analysis of the situation of BeijingRural Commercial Bank’s accounting business process, the article carried out theimportance of accounting operations process reengineering. In this paper, together with thebank’s business development situation, the author proposed objectives and principles ofaccounting business process reengineering, and designed the specific implementation plan;In the end of the article, the author proposed some relevant measures which werecontribute to the accounting business process reengineering.Through the study of Beijing Rural Commercial Bank accounting business processreengineering, we can see the following conclusions: In our country, the development ofaccounting business process reengineering has not yet reached a mature stage. We designthe process which must be from the development of global and strategic perspective.Centralized Disposal of Accounting is an available process reengineering program. Whenwe design the process, we must to follow the principle of customer-centric, to focus on thequality management, to speed up the construction of the system and informationtechnology, to prevent the risk of new processes, and to make the business processreengineering to be robust implementation.
