| This article reviews the development of theory and practice of performance management in the past century, with a focus on analysis of advantage of the BSC. Based on this, the author has studied and designed the performance management system of the CHINA TELECOM JNC Branch. The system includes the main evaluation elements, system implementation and support. The characteristics of the system is simple and practical and its KPI has a clear decomposition, which effectively improves the performance management of the CHINA TELECOM JNC Branch. |
