| With vigorously promoting the reform of the telecommunications system and deregulating the telecommunications market,the original telecommunications monopoly operations in the country have basically been broken down,the business development situation has become increasingly severe,and internal telecommunication reform is imperative.It is in this context that the establishment and improvement of the performance management system for telecommunications companies is a key link.If an enterprise wants to acquire sustainable development,it must have its own core competence.Talent is one of the core competitiveness of an enterprise and an essential element of an excellent enterprise.Whether it can attract and retain talents is a competition among enterprises.The key indicator is also the key to whether a company can achieve its strategic goals.In order to maximize the attraction,retention,and utilization of talented people,we must have a sound performance management system to improve work performance effectively,increase work efficiency,allocate human resources rationally,and guide the work of various departments.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of middle managers in Telecom N Branch.First,it introduces the research background,significance,content,method and technology route.Next,I summarize the concept,process,function and performance appraisal method of performance management briefly.Then it expounds the current situation of middle managers’ performance management in N branch.At the same time,it combines questionnaire survey and interview to point out the problems existing in the performance management of middle level managers in N branch,and makes detailed analysis of each problem.On this basis,we put forward the optimization and improvement ideas of the middle managers’ performance management in N branch,and optimize the performance plan,performance guidance,performance assessment and application in turn.At the end of this paper,we summarize the whole research results and look forward to the future.We also need further research and exploration.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization thought,principle and design plan of performance management for middle managers of China Telecom N branch.Theperformance management scheme of N branch can be properly optimized,combined with the present situation and internal and external conditions of performance management of China Telecom N branch,On the basis of relevant theories of performance management,the "solution path" is put forward,It has important practical significance to enhance the service window image and service quality of N branch. |
