With the arrival of globalization, the role of the performance management in enterprise becomes more apparent, and performance assessment gets more and more attention from the enterprise and has become the key of the enterprise financial management and performance management. Facing with the fierce globalization competition, many enterprises will face the restructuring, merger, layoffs and so on, and face the new ideas and concepts of total quality management, enterprise process reengineering. In such intense changes, enterprise must improve productivity to meet the challenge of times. And how to make your own employees get motivation, how to make the customers'needs be met, how to make the product and service quality improved, how to make the enterprise productivity and profits improved and so on, which are such different problems. New requirements are put forward for the enterprise performance management. Traditional method has been difficult to meet the needs of the new environment. In such cruel environment, enterprise must rely on its own unique performance to achieve the goals. For these reasons, many enterprises use various ways to try to manage to improve staff performance to achieve enterprise strategic goals. Henan SKD company that grows up in this kind of environment, the company one step one step, the original behindhand performance management system has already not adapted to the request for the enterprise and the workers of the new environment, so as to it cannot effectively achieve the enterprise strategic objectives. So how to effectively improve the company's performance evaluation system has become the tough problem for the top-level and middle-level managers.This paper knows the performance appraisal system and analyzes the existing problems by going into the internal company. On the foundation of the domestic and international advanced performance evaluation management mode and the basic situations of all kinds of posts and the company's strategic goal, a relatively scientific and reasonable and comply with the actual conditions of the company's performance evaluation scheme has been designed. It uses the modern performance management's thought, theory and methods, such as 360, KPI, MBO ect. This plan covers the evaluation index of the top, middle and basic personnel and departments, and gives them different weights. This provide important reference for the adjustment between different departments and the reward and punishment, and training, and the promotion of the staff, so as to improve the company's overall performance level and to achieve its strategic goal.
