In recent years, there have been severe shortage of resources and environmental pollution in the world and the problems such as greenhouse effect, land desertification and endangered species are increasing prominently, which makes the various countries pay great attention to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and the green buildings are gradually becoming the focus of people around the world. In our country, with the characteristics of high pollution and high energy consumption, there is a direct damage to the environment in the construction industry, which is opposite to the sustainable development idea. With the promotion of saving energy and environmental protection concept, promoting the development of green architecture is a necessary way. Green building is the embodiment of the sustainable development, the inevitably choice of constructing low carbon type society and the final development direction of construction industry.At present, the strength of domestic and foreign research on the green building is amplified step by step, but because of the ambiguity of the incremental cost and the inadequate consideration of the incremental benefits, the research on the incremental cost and incremental comprehensive benefits from the angle of the whole life cycle of green building is almost blank. In order to make accurate and comprehensive assessment and speed up the development process of green building, from the point of view of the whole life cycle, combining green building evaluation standards, this article conducts research on incremental cost and incremental benefits of green building from six aspects:land saving, energy saving, water saving, materials saving, interior and operation.First of all, this paper introduces the basic concepts of green building, incremental cost and incremental benefits, introducing the basic theories including green building theory, the sustainable development theory, the ecological factor theory, the life cycle theory, the fuzzy recognition and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the theory of analytic hierarchy process.Then, the article analyzes the composition of green building incremental cost and incremental benefits, introducing the research results of medicine, environment and economics, quantifying and processing parts of the environmental benefits and social benefits which are difficult to quantify, putting forward the calculation formula of the indexes.Again, the paper constructs a objective and reasonable model on all life cycle incremental cost and incremental benefits of green building, making a deep analysis of the economic parameter of the model as well as considering the influence of time on the various...
