With the advance of global economic integration and the development of modern business operations, previously only used to guide the operation of enterprises established 3P model of enterprise human resource management can not meet the actual needs of enterprises, instead, he needs of business strategy is built based on the 4P Model of Human Resource Management. In this paper, used 4P Model of Human Resource Management Theory, based on extensive investigation of the current status of Human Resource Management of the TQ and the practical problems, TQ company human resources of 4P model using a more comprehensive study. This is exactly the value and significance of this study lies.The purpose of this study:Human resources management through the 4P model of study, combined with the human resources management in TQ, based on In-depth analysis of the characteristics of human resource management of TQ, design the formula of the 4P model and make practical application. Sought to combined 4P model for human resource management theory with reality of company operations, Improve the practical and the operational, effectively enhance the overall level of human resource management of TQ company.The Paper consists of five chapters, the main content and structure is as follows:The first chapter, Introduction. The chapter outlines the research background, the significance, research Methods and the main frame structure. ChapterⅡ, review of Human Resources 4P model content. This chapter mainly from the quality of jobs, performance, compensation four aspects of human resources management theory was described, defined the concept and meaning of 4P model. ChapterⅢ, TQ company's original diagnosis of human resources management system. This chapter introduces the characteristics of the industries which the TQ in, and the basic situation of the company, detailed analysis of the existing human resources system. ChapterⅣ, TQ 4P model of Human Resource Management Application examples. This chapter introduces the choice reason, program design of the 4P model and made application instructions and examples. ChapterⅤ, TQ 4P model of Human Resource Management application effect. The chapter has made a specific application results summary description. Conclusion, pointed out that under the guidance of 4P model management theory, the overall level of TQ Human Resource Management has been improved substantial; and provides a reference implementation to other companies which format similar to the TQ.Overall this paper uses a case study, in the specific implementation process mainly used intrusive observation, comparative analysis, individual interviews and questionnaire survey. In the context of the overall level of the management of human resources at the TQ company is weak, import 4P model of human resource management to it, and provide a complete design and implementation strategy, in the hope of provide the human resources management theory and practice guidance to the TQ company.
