After entering into the 21st century, the acceleration of economy globalization along with rapid development of information Technology accelerated most of National companies to find a better way to adapt those new changes. Shared Service Center become the new sector of developing target as well as a new service management model. With the further development of the reform and openness in China, China has gradually become a major service outsourcing and Shared Service Center favorite selection for National companies. An effective service management framework can help shared service center in China to achieve the goal of being high performance service center.In this thesis, to establish and implement the management model in E company SSC as main-line. After introducing concept, function and benefits, we analyzed the current situation in China shared service center, we proposed that the goal of E company shared service center is improve customer satisfaction, cost saving and people engage to their work. Learning from other successful shared service center experiences and theories, it focus on the organization restructure, the integration has three steps: define strategic planning and service management framework,Identify the specific module and process,define the performance evaluation to achieve their goals. This thesis will be a useful reference of service management framework design and implement in shared service center.
