Along with the growing fierce competition in market, how to promote the performance as well as carry out strategic targets of enterprises will be a burning issue waiting for studying and solving. Performance management, as an integrated system, is able to decompose strategic target into staffs' performance. By enhancing staff's working enthusiasm, capacity can bring out standing raise of organizational performance. Performance management has a great influence on increasing competitive power of enterprises, which has been brought to more and more attention in the world.In recent years, according to the rapid change on market environment, XK is facing up to immense competitive stress. The performance management of XK company, which is un-match to its strategic target, moreover, there are some other problems existing, such as, unreasonable design of performance index, imperfect performance management system as well as insufficient communication and feedback mechanism, etc.This article makes an analysis on the performance management mechanism of XK, then finds out several main problems existing there. Based on some relative theoretical knowledge of performance management, this article makes a re-design on its performance management. This article can be divided into five parts. The first chapter focuses on the background of the topics, target and significance of making a research on it as well as the basic frame. The second one gives an overview of some key theories of performance management. The third chapter is devoted to the organizing frame and current situation of performance management of XK, representing its problems. The fourth chapter elaborates on the program of re-designing performance management of XK. At last, a series of implementing measures of performance management is introduced in the fifth chapter.
