In recent years,China has vigorously promoted high-tech reforms and established high-tech industries as the pillar industries of the future national economy.Many domestic high-tech enterprises have followed the pace of national policies and increased investment in cutting-edge technology,which has enabled enterprises to achieve good development.However,the outdated management methods of enterprises can not meet the development needs of enterprises.If enterprises want to occupy a dominant position in the highly competitive market,they need a scientific and effective performance management system as a supplement.The BSC,as an advanced performance management system,can correctly evaluate business results from multiple perspectives and help companies achieve long-term strategic goals.The purpose of this article is to analyze the possibility of introducing high-tech companies into the BSC.With FH as the starting point,it strives to improve the level of corporate management,seize the key stages of technological transformation.This article first summarizes several performance evaluation tools.Second,analyzes the existing performance evaluation system of FH Company and finds the problems therein,and discusses the introduction of FH Company on the basis of it again.The possibility and necessity of BSC;once again,designed a BSC at the company level by means of strategic decomposition and mapping of strategic maps,and established a department-level indicator system by decomposing the company-level indicators,and then Use the analytic hierarchy process to judge the importance of each indicator and calculate the weight of each indicator.Finally,by bringing in FH company’s operating data in the past,evaluate the effect of the FH company’s introduction of the balanced scorecard,and at the same time,put forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the balanced scorecard.Through the research in this paper,it is found that the balanced scorecard can meet the future development needs of FH companies,can correctly evaluate the operating results of FH companies,and help FH companies better achieve their strategic goals.
