In recent years,with the development of electric power system reforming,power supply companies have been forced to self-pressurize,innovate and implement performance management models.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional state-owned enterprises,such as low efficiency and poor execution,power supply companies have introduced KPI,inter-bank benchmarking,and 360-degree assessment to establish a complete performance management system.In order to adapt to the development of the new situation,Power Supply Company R has gradually established a relatively complete performance management system.This has effectively transformed the work style,and improved the overall efficiency of the company.However,the performance management system is still not perfect enough.There are still some loopholes and deficiencies,so the system has not yet achieved the desired results.This paper conducts on-the-spot investigation of the company R,consults domestic and foreign relevant research literature,takes the theory of performance management in the moderm human resource management system as a guide,and combines with the actual situation of the performance management of power supply company R.Using qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper explores and studies the construction of performance management system of power supply company R.Firstly,it systematically analyzes the concepts,basic theories,basic principles and processes of performance management,laying a theoretical foundation for studying the actual situation of power supply company R.Secondly,combining with theoretical perspectives,the paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of power supply company R,and points out the main problems of the current performance management.Thirdly,based on the strategic direction of performance management,this paper expounds the design scheme of performance index and the implementation plan of total performance management system,and adopts the combination of KPI and MBO to design performance indicators for departments,teams and employees.The performance indicators are designed to build a new performance management system and focus on the performance management process.Finally,the implementation status and specific issues of the company R's total performance management are evaluated and analyzed,and the key points for the future improvement of the performance management system are looked forward to,and total performance management system for power supply company R is continuously improved.This paper analyzes performance management system construction of power supply company R,and hopes to provide practical experience for enterprises in human resource management,especially performance management,to better serve the development of the enterprises.
