| Nowadays, science and technology are primary productive force, R & D departments, as the heart of the enterprise, its healthy development, related to the survival of the entire enterprise. The level of R & D performances of R & D departments tend to some extent reflects the technological level, innovation and economic growth in capacity of the enterprise. However, due to the long time and the uncertainties inherent the R&D investment, the performance evaluation of R&D investment becomes incredibly difficult. Based on the idea of Balanced Scorecard, KPI combined method is proposed according to the different stages of R & D investment dynamic performance management approach.This paper introduces the theory of performance management, to understand our specific business practices in performance management. Secondly, the present situation J Company’s current performance management, survey research methods analyzing the shortcomings of the current R & D department performance management. Finally, the strategic orientation as the goal, the key performance indicators and Balanced Scorecard combines propose a suitable J R & D departments of the performance management system. The purpose is to reduce the company’s R & D department is currently J serious brain drain problem, but also to encourage R & D employees actively innovate. |
