In recent years, computer technologies have been developing extremely fast, especially the artificial intelligence tech (AI tech). Video analyzing tech is one of the most important branches of the AI tech. The application of video analyzing tech in commercial field brings valuable opportunities to many high tech companies in this field. TM Company founded in 2006 is a company focusing on video analyzing tech in China. TM owns advanced video analyzing tech and applies it both in the advertising industry and retail trade. TM's "Audience measuring solution" includes customer counting, advertisement effect measuring and advertisement audience analyzing, which is able to measure the number of audience, sex ratio, ages, watching time, etc. This solution can provide real and exact feature data for advertisement effect measurement. However, TM meets some problems in its own development.For seeking a long and sustainable development under the new economic situation, every company must check each fact of its own strategy management, self-exanimate and draw up a strategy to comply with its own development. As an administrator in TM, the author combines the actual situations of the video analyzing industry with TM, and has done some research of TM's strategy management.This paper has four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the history and current situation of TM. First, it introduces the background of the video analyzing industry, and then the history, products and businesses of TM, and how TM brings value to its customers by promoting the advertisement effect through TM's product presented. Last, the main problems TM facing are proposed. The second chapter is the analysis of the internal and external environment of TM. First, the author analyzes the internal microcosmic environment and external macroscopical environment by using the PEST Analyzing Method and the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model. Then the internal advantages and disadvantages, the external opportunities and threats are analyzed in detail.The third chapter is about TM's strategy selection and generation. First, the paper gives a brief introduction to the strategy management. Then, according to the analysis results of the second chapter, the author presents the company's vision and strategic target, and obtains the overall strategy and the competitive strategy.The fourth chapter is the strategy implementation and strategic risk control of TM. According to the overall strategy and the competitive strategy, the strategy implementation and the controlling methods of the strategic risk are proposed.By analyzing and researching the strategy management of TM, the author wishes to help TM, so that it could take advantage of its leading technology to grasp the opportunity in this industry, to fully exploit its own superiority, rapidly expanding the market and becoming the leading company in the market as well as the top ones of the technology.Due to the limited time and knowledge, there would be some errors and careless omissions. Corrections and suggestions are highly appreciated.
