With China’s continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s attention on health has been changed from the sick to see a doctor needs to health care needs,put forward higher requirements for high precision detection for medical level.The medical equipment is an important auxiliary equipment of modern medical treatment,and it is an important symbol of the advanced nature of modern medical science.The normal use of medical equipment is the premise of effective medical examination,and the maintenance and maintenance of medical equipment is an important guarantee for the normal operation of medical equipment.But now,with the advancement of science and technology,new medical equipment constantly updated iteration,the hospital’s own equipment maintenance personnel maintenance ability is limited,the maintenance of quality and effectiveness of new medical equipment often lack of protection,although the original service providers can provide effective quality assurance,but its high service charge that many small and medium-sized the hospital cannot afford,third party medical service often provide more service advantage in the repair and maintenance time,the choice of many two a two B hospital,the third party medical equipment maintenance service has become a part of the medical service in china.This paper is a special study,to study the strategic direction of the third party medical equipment maintenance company JP,based on the market environment and enterprise internal research situation analysis,formulate the development strategy of the enterprise,and the implementation method,enterprises will achieve diversification,will serve to achieve tangible,analysis of the current enterprises in the development process encountered bottlenecks and corresponding management measures can be used as empirical,strategic positioning of the development of similar medical service company.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,investigation method,benchmarking method and the method of combining theory with practice to reflect the competitive advantages of JP company’s internal and external environment and their own industry,to achieve positioning service capabilities and enhance their strategy.Firstly,the thesis introduces the theories and concepts of strategic management,which lays the theoretical foundation for the thesis.At the same time,this research is a special research made in twenty-first Century under the background of large medical data,the first is the JP company through PEST and five forces analysis model to analyze the external environment of threats and opportunities,followed by the JP company’s internal organization and illustrates the current situation,trying to find the advantages and disadvantages of existing enterprises on its own basis,finally combining with the research and analysis of inside and outside,find the enterprise’s strategic positioning.This study is mainly through the special case study on the third party medical service enterprise,the research results of small and medium enterprises to find their own problems,understanding the external environment,has a guiding role to develop methods of strategic direction,at the same time,according to the medical equipment maintenance services to enterprises in the diversification and difference of reference strategy direction.
