Research On The Logistics Patterns And Its Evaluation Of Operation Effects In Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of economy, the demand of automobile increasing continuously and the automobile manufacturing enterprises are faced with a promising market. In present circumstances, it is very important for the automobile manufacturing enterprises to own high quality logistics. The logistics pattern refers to the management mode which is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the logistics processes in the automobile manufacturing enterprises. So grasping the operation of their own logistics patterns comprehensively and timely can help them to find out the weaknesses of logistics services, so as to improve work efficiency and the state of operation.This dissertation focuses on the automobile manufacturing enterprises, studying the logistics patterns and the operation effects evaluation of it which used in the enterprises from a comprehensive point of view. Firstly, this dissertation describes the research background, analyzes significance and introduces the domestic and foreign researches on the operation effects of logistics pattern in automobile manufacturing enterprises. Then, some relative concepts and theories which would be used in this dissertation are illustrated. After that, this dissertation analyzes the strong points, weaknesses and applicable conditions of each logistics management pattern which combined with the demands of logistics services in automobile manufacturing enterprises logistics system, it can clear the logistics patterns which can be selected by automobile manufacturing enterprises and the main factors which would affect and decide the option of logistics management pattern in automobile manufacturing enterprises. Traditional logistics management pattern assessment focused simply on the process of supply, producing, sales and reverses logistics separately. It ignores the integration of the logistics management pattern system and this may result in the lack of competition capabilities. It is understood that traditional index system fails to reflect the operation effects of logistics management pattern completely. In order to solve this problem, a new index system is constructed in this dissertation which provides the automobile manufacturing enterprises an effective way to recognize the operation of their own logistics management pattern both in separate processes and in integration system. At the same time, the processes of using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the effects of logistics patterns in automobile manufacturing enterprises are illustrated accurately in this dissertation.
