International Capabilities Of The Manufacturing Enterprise Formation And Evaluation

This research embarks from the comprehensive capacity evaluation of manufacturing enterprises formation and international competence, combine the correlation research of the enterprise competence theory and the enterprise internationalization theory,consider the relevance characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, we study the concept meaning,formation mechanism,breed of international competence systemally. On the basis of the outcome of the study,this paper explores a way of nurturing international competencies,thus helps enterprises achieve their international strategic goals from the perspective of international competence formation determinants.The paper attempts to build a mufti-level international competence evaluation system which contains a 4 first-level indicators, 15 secondary-level indicators, 36 third-level indicators. The indices can help enterprises understand actual situation of internationalization ,and can use the result of international competence evaluations to diagnose problems in the international operation process in order to improve enterprise international management,enhance their international market competitiveness, and improve enterprise operation level.On the choice of international competence evaluation methods, this paper does a research of several major comparative analysis of existing methods of evaluation, integrates the advantage of AHP and fuzzy theory, then constructs a comprehensive mufti-level assessment model and makes an introduction of the international competence evaluation steps. In order to test the validity and feasibility of the methods, this paper applies the model to three classic manufacturing enterprises to demonstrate and integrate international competence evaluation system and methods through these cases.
