The Project Schedule Management For The Large Civil Aircraft Comprehensive Laboratory Construction Project

This paper is based on the project of China large civil aircraft design & research center construction. The characteristics of this construction project are high starting point, short construction period. It's a great challenge for project schedule and controls to meet the project schedule requirements under the project quality assurance and in the budget cost range.To the most of construction companies, the project schedule management is reflected in all stages of the project management process. The project completes ahead of schedule or commissioning is not only related to project management success, but also greatly influences the effectiveness of the after completion of the project issues, therefore, construction project schedule management plays an irreplaceable role in the project schedule management. However, due to some the construction company is lack of experience in construction management, and there are not so many researches for the whole project progress schedule management currently.To solve the problems as above, this paper analyze and dissertate the method for project schedule management and control, and combined with the China civil aircraft comprehensive laboratory construction schedule planning and preparation process for explained; Main focus on the discussion of project schedule control and optimization; at last, analyze the exists problems in China civil aircraft design and research center project schedule management, and provide the reasonable suggestions for project schedule management in the future, aimed at makes the research results of project schedule management implementation to this enterprise of large project effectively.
