| This paper studies how to do the financial transformation in thecompany's IPO arrangement with Su Nan XXX Electrical and MechanicalCompany as the object of the research. The target is to issue the company'sshares in the stock market with a higher issue price through financial reformand enhancing financial management. This paper studies on the IPOregulation of China A-share stock market and the recent3-year and3-year-before-IPO financial data and accounting policy of the industry sector,which Su Nan XXX Electrical and Mechanical Company belonging to, calledpower transmission and distribution and control equipment manufacturing.With the reference of the above-said study, this paper defines the keyproblems and solutions when doing financial transformation by studying thesample company's financial problems, financial data and accounting policy,index analysis and related data comparison.This paper assesses the value of an unlisted company before IPO based on the financial transformation. With the assessment, this paper representsthat an unlisted company should transform the accounting-oriented financialframe to a new frame with budgeting, analysis and controlling to implementthe transformation from a manufactory company to a listed value-orientedcompany based on the company's value advance with company's businessmanagement and being financial-oriented. |
