Empirical Research On Zhejiang Export-oriented Enterprises Transformation After The Financial Crisis

Zhejiang province plays important role in China's foreign trade, belonging to export-oriented economic system. After more than 30 years of development, Zhejiang export-oriented enterprises made a significant contribution for the growth of the local economy. However, in recent years, Zhejiang export-oriented economy is facing a macroeconomic environment mainly the "three stack period ", the "three up" and the "three aggravating". Negative factors such as the financial crisis had impact on export-oriented economy in Zhejiang. How to get rid of the plight of export-oriented enterprises and achieve successful enterprises transformation becomes a major issue.First of all, this paper summarized scholars'research at home and abroad, extensively referred firm theory, modern international trade theory, new economic growth theory and other relevant theory, analysis deeply on the theoretical level. Then, the paper profiled and described characteristics of export-oriented enterprises, analysis enterprises'strengths and weaknesses during transformation in order to grasp the macroeconomic environment in Zhejiang after the Financial Crisis. Furthermore, this paper made a survey research of export-oriented enterprises in Zhejiang, used SPSS 17.0 software analysis the data mathematically, extracted the main factors and its connotation, calculated the weight of its factors. Lastly, according to the export-oriented enterprises status and major factors in transformation, this paper offered policy proposals from two levels to promote export-oriented enterprises'transformation in Zhejiang.
