Study On The Informatization Planning Of XY Company

Planning of informationization is the first step of constructing an informational system in any enterprise. Such planning process needs to comply with both the strategic target and the reality of this enterprise, in order to make a qualified plan. The ultimate target is to improve the core-competency of this enterprise. Nowadays, facing a new phase of economical globalization and economy structure reorganization of the whole world, power supply enterprise has to accelerate the informationization process of its own, to participate a higher level global competition environment. To fulfill this strategic target, making a executable and realistic planning and reformation of internal management process is necessary, to provide a strong and firm support for a sustainable development future.In this thesis, firstly, the current situation of informational systeme construction in both domestic and abroad companies are described and compared. Later on, XY Company itself is investigated and analyzed, from multiple aspects such as general application platform, business application system, support system, current hardware situation and human resource. Based on these investigation results, the general procedure and target of planning of informationization is proposed, including detailed description in general application platform, business application system and support system. Finally, prediction of profit is proposed, to provide a potential future outlook of XY Company,after informal system is well constructed.This thesis is proposed based on both the current situation of informational system and future development strategy of XY Company.The method and conclusion proposed in this thesis is able to apply directly in construction of informational system in XY Supply Company, and can also provide a meaningful reference and comparison for other related enterprise.
