| In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, in order to occupy a dominant position and gain competitive advantage, the enterprises should accelerate the planning and development of corporate human resources. Power supply companies bear the tasks to providing the security, stability and uninterrupted power for the whole society, which plays an important role in the national economic development. Under the influence of management inertia in the planned economy, the human resource management of power supply companies cannot well serve the business reality in the fierce market competition environment.In view of this, based on the background of economic development and market-oriented reform of China’s electricity and the human resources theory, taken the entire staff of power supply companies as the object, this paper studies the staff diversified career development planning of power supply enterprise by using the career development planning theory. Firstly, the theory of career development planning was introduced; secondly, the status quo and problems of employee career development planning of power supply enterprise were analyzed; thirdly, the staff diversified career development planning of A power supply enterprise was improved from the perspective of staff development channel, planning training and performance and compensation systems, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for evaluating the practical effect; finally, the policies for protecting the implementation of employee career development planning of power supply enterprise were proposed.This study can provide a reference for the power supply enterprise’s human resources management, and then raise the career management level of power supply enterprise, promote the sustainable development of China’s power industry, and then promote better development of China’s economy. |
