Research On The Enterprise Informationization Construction Based On The Competitive Power

With the energetic development of the technology revolution based on information and communication technology, the globalization trend of world economy is outstanding increasingly, and the competitive power of the enterprises has been a hot issue concerned by each government and publication.The enterprise informationization is an effective way to enhance the competitive power, the one could take priority of the informationization development must has the driving fight of competition.This paper elaborated the influence of informationization on the enterprise competitive power and analyzed the functions of the informationization construction to enhance the competitive power based on the analysis of the necessity of the informationization and the importance of enhancing the competitive power. Analyzed the actual status of Chinese informationization construction, found out the questions existed in the informationization construction, such as the lack of capital investment and the information consciousness, weak hardware equipment foundation, brought forward the practical strategies that can be used to construct and perfect the informationization. Finally, made a case analysis. The paper analyzed the China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Informatization process base on the ERP and the significance to the core competitive power of the CPCC.
