Research On The Design And Implementing Technology For Huafeng Enterprise Informationization

The 21st century is the information age and information has already become the strategic resources of social development and national defense construction. It is an irresistible general trend to reform the traditional manufacturing enterprise with information technology, and informationized management means to replace the traditional enterprise management means. Informationization is also a "Pass" for our enterprises to participate in the global competition after access to WTO of our country.This paper aims to design Huafeng information management system of Huafeng enterprise group company, abbreviated as HIMS (Huafeng Information Management System) according to the characteristics of the manufacturing and Management of Sichuan Huafeng Enterprise Group Company, and based on advanced information technology, the modern management technology and advanced design manufacturing technology, combined with the successful experiences and lessons from failures of informationizational construction of several enterprises, and centralized with information integration, function integration and process integration. The management information system includes Huafeng Information Management System that takes ERP as principle, the technology information system that takes PDM as principle, supply chain management system that takes CRM and SCM as principle, the decision support system that takes BI as principle, the office automation system that takes OA as principle, the transaction and electroniccommerce system takes E-business as principle. The paper discusses the implementation method of the main functional system, the implementation technology and difficult points to implement and resolution of it, HIMS programming and implementation, which have important functions and realistic meanings to develop the ability of fast reaction of product development, and to strengthen the enterprise's core completive power, to obtain enterprise's leap development. The main results in theory and practice is as follows:[1] Applying the information management principle to analyze the bottleneck problem Huafeng Enterprise Group Company in the process of production and operation, and point out nine major problems, and define the requirements for implementing informationization engineering in Huafeng. The paper also discusses the important meanings of the adoption information management means for establish modern enterprise system and overall promotion of competitiveness. [2] In the view of the top management, according to the 10th five-year-plan of Sichuan Huafeng Enterprise Group Company and applying the results of demand analysis, principle of CIMS and methods of soft engineering and system engineering, based on the concept of ERP and ideal of supply chain management combining with ideal of BPR(business process reengineering), LP(lean production) and AM(agile manufacture), the paper points out a total project of HIMS. At the same time, a detailed functional model and the system structures of the enterprise resource management sub-system is programmed hereafter, and put forward the implementation method of the network and the database system of the environment that supports HIMS, which is playing a guide role to the right implementation of HIMS.[3] In the view of information integration, security guarantee and economical development, the system of security and information encoding is studied and set up in Huafeng, and the developing strategies are proposed scientifically. Furthermore, the serial key technologies such as data management are researched deeply and relevant resolution is offered for HIMS. [4] By the analysis of Huafeng enterprise operation under Huafeng InformationManagement System, we discuss Huafeng management mode. We are carrying on theories that we have researched to compare with effects of Huafeng Information Management System, analyze the strategy and the process and the effects of HIMS. [5] In the end, the implementing results of HIMS verifies correctiveness of overall engineering program and plan. The programming and implementing of the project not only ensure success of HIMS, but also offer reference for other similar enterprises.
