The Research On The Construction Of Lean Project Culture

With the rapid development of China's economy, the railway industry is now growing rapidly. There are still a large number of rail industry wastes. The cost is too high, and resource consumption is serious too. Basically, this is a matter of degree on lean corporate culture. As for any business, corporate culture and project culture is very important. But the construction of the corporate culture and project culture is constantly reducing corporate waste at all.In this paper, it is based on the theory of project culture and lean construction. It makes CREC as an object of study. It summaries the identity of project culture in the railway and SEB. It is described the content of corporate culture, project culture, and lean construction. It is integrated with the analysis on CREC. It is described implementation methods. It is combined with its status of cultural construction projects. All is based on an object of study about CREC.In this paper, it is a groundbreaking that it takes advantage of lean construction into project culture. And it puts forward the concept of lean project. It makes the formulation about the implementation of lean project culture. Finally, it evaluates the effect of lean project culture.
