The implementation of lean construction depends not only on the implementation of management tools and methods,but also on the integration of lean culture and philosophy.Organizational culture(OC)has an important influence on the formation and implementation of lean leadership in the construction firms.This study focuses on the organizational culture of Chinese construction enterprises,and studies the relationship among OC,lean leadership and the implementation of lean construction.In this research,the measurement index system of OC,lean leadership,lean construction implementation of Chinese construction enterprises were built,based on a lot of literature research.On this basis,this study used the empirical research method of questionnaire survey,doing relevant analysis of the project participants and lean construction technology development with the construction enterprise internal lean implementation.Then,this research regarded OC as the moderating variable,using the method of multiple regression analysis to calculate the relationship between OC and lean construction implementation.The research drew the conclusion that the five dimensions of OC,"innovation oriented","performance oriented","coordination and integration" and "conflict resolution",have a significant moderating effect.Given on the basis,after sorting out the research on the leadership and commitment in lean thinking,this study formed the measurement index of lean leadership.Finally,this research constructed the mediational model for the OC,lean leadership and lean implementation,calculating the influence path coefficient through the structural equation model.The result shows that the effective OC can positively influence the implementation of lean construction,while lean leadership plays a part of intermediary role.This study constructed a new measurement index of lean drivers,lean leadership and lean implementation.The result reveals that the implementation of lean construction in construction enterprises is influenced by lean drivers,OC and lean leadership.This research provides the theoretical guidance for construction enterprises to implement lean construction in more depth,utilizing the process of building internal culture and leadership.
