| With the lean construction theory developing and improving consistently, lean construction has great impact on construction project management. The Last Planner System, as an important tool in lean construction, has been improving the project schedule, quality and cost greatly. At present the research on application of Last Planner System in China is not sufficient, the purpose of this study is to explore the application of Last Planner System in projects management in railway enterprise.The paper firstly analyses railway construction project management status and problems, we present the necessity of application of Last Planner System .Secondly, the management mode and method of Last Planner System is identified by theoretical analysis and case analysis. Then, the type and characteristics of China Railway Sixth Group is summed up, management mode of Last Planner System in China Railway Sixth Group is developed, the effectiveness of Last Planner System is demonstrated and validated through pre-assessment of the application of Last Planner System in China Railway Sixth Group.Innovation points of this paper are as follows: (1) Establish the implementation mode of Last Planner System in China Railway Sixth Group. According to thought and method of Last Planner System, the management mode of Last Planner System in China Railway Sixth Group based on the project management practice in China Railway Sixth Group is established. (2) Establish evaluation index system of the Last Planner System in China Railway Sixth Group. Evaluation index system of the Last Planner System in China Railway Sixth Group based on the combination of project management practices in China Railway Sixth Group and index system of Last Planner System abroad is established. (3) Further improve the theoretical system of Last Planner System. The domestic and foreign knowledge of the Last Planner System is integrated and the theoretical system of Last Planner System is to be further improved. |
