Research On Supply Chain Conflicts Problem Structuring

In order to satisfy customers'individualized dynamic needs, enterprises extend from interior supply chain to exterior supply chain, with special stress on exterior resources and advantages. The management of supply chain becomes an important means of management. However because of the complexity of supply chain supply chain conflicts are inevitable and have gradually become key influences to the efficiency of supply chains. With regard to the conflicts between supply chains, this article makes an analysis of conflicts between supply chains and studies the working mechanism of problem structuring of supply chain conflicts.Firstly, I analyze supply chain conflicts from the perspective of the problem structuring. This is carried out in two ways. First, analyze the initial conditions of supply chain conflicts, including supply chain conflicts description, the nature of conflicts and reasons. Second, I analyze decision-making objectives of the supply chain conflicts, describ the conditions of its realization, explain that decision-making goal should be soften, seek acceptable options, transform conflicts to constructive conflicts, and study the HD business case.Secondly, from the perspective of information,through combining group decision-making process of supply chain conflicts with PSMs(Problem structuring methods) theory , I propose a coupled work path of supply chain conflicts structuring through "decision-makers - experts - the grassroots"and real-time information "collecting - editing - assessing " . And based on multi-methodology, propose the information processing method comprehensive of SCA, SODA and Scenario, form the working mechanism of analying supply chain conflicts from the view of construcring, and study the HD business case.Lastly, it proposes supporting system of supply chain conflicts structuring detailly, mainly from the support frame basis, the organization team configuration, seminar hall, information sharing and so on.The supply chain conflicts have great influence on the normal operation of supply chain. This article makes the study from the structuring point of view. The results will be helpful to enrich the supply chain conflict solving theory, increase the knowledge of supply chain conflict and raise the efficiency of supply chain operation.
