Along with the knowledge economy, the strategic fellowship becomes more and more significant under the direction of dynamic and globalization competition, no powerful corporation can accomplish all of its business by its own. They must manage their supply chain with their upstream and downstream partners. Supply chain management is becoming an important way to strengthen enterprises' competition. Many famous enterprises all take this management style, such as GE, CISCO, NIKE and WALMART. Supply chain management can help to reduce production cost, give quick response to customers' needs, make full use of exterior resource and avoid the uncertainty of investment and management to a large extent.Meanwhile, the differences of the same kind of product from different business become more and more minor, the business which has the technology advantage has been fewer, so the competition is not between the isolate business, but the supply chain. So the supply chain management gets the advantage place in the enterprise and the academic field because of its capacity of response, flexibility and low costing. However, supply chain easily impact from the outside and inside because of its many subjects, tran-regional, too many levels characteristics. Any link of it having problem will set off a chain reaction and lead to badly results. Therefore, fully considering many kinds of adverse factors and getting prepared in advance are important of supply chain management.This paper provides the study on risks questions of supply chain structuring just under this kind of background, provides the powerful basis for the enterprise's decision-making, reasonably carries on guards against and avoidance of the risk which faces, guarantees supply chain smoothly to carry on.This paper includes 5 parts. Part 1, firstly ,this paper introduces the background of the research, discusses the necessity and importance of the research on study of supply chain structuring, and concludes the research process of supply chain by reviewing the literatures both domestic and oversea. Secondly, this paper definitizes the research object, the one-center supply chain(mainly include the core enterprise ,components or materials suppliers, and sellers),which means one member of the enterprises in the supply chain takes a leading role, with a strong radiating and attracting capacity, it is usually called the core enterprise of the supply chain. Thirdly, discusses the research method of this dissertation, identifies the risk factors of supply chain structuring using theoretical analysis, and puts forward basic hypotheses of supply chain structuring risks. To support and test the feasibility and scientificity of the theory, the writer consults the related members (employees of manufacture type enterprise and logistics enterprise , and the researchers of correlated fields) by questionnaire investigation, does the hypothesis test by Pearson Chi-square, combining the theoretical research and empirical research , combining the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis.Part 2, is the correlated theoretical basis of this dissertation. It mainly introduces the implication, content and characteristics of risk management, supply chain management and supply chain risk management, laying a theoretical foundation of systematically analyzing and modeling risks factors of supply chain structuring for further study.Part 3, because supply chain is a multi-subject and multi-link complex system, risks could originate from system environment, system structure, and system elements during the structuring of the supply chain. Based on the background of the above two chapters, the article analyses the risk factors of supply chain structuring systematically ,analyses the causing reasons and expression forms theoretically, recognizes four classes risks: system environment risks, system structure risks, behavior subject risks, cooperation risks. System environment risks consist of general environment risk and specific environment risk. System structure risks consist of supply risk, process risk, delivery network design risk and network structure risk. Behavior subject risks consist of core-company risk, logistics outsourcing risk. Cooperation risks consist of management risk, capital risk, technology risk, cultural difference risk, information risk, cooperative partnership risk. Based on this, this article does the preliminary selection of the specific risk factors of the four sections above using brainstorming by questionnaire and establishes supply chain structuring risk model.Part 4, according to the supply chain structuring model, this article puts forward theoretical hypotheses, tests and verifies them following the principle of Pearson Chi-square test. Following conclusions are gotten: system environment risks, system structure risks, behavior subject risks, and cooperation risks during the supply chain structuring are all the essential components of supply chain structuring risks. After that , this article puts forward countermeasures to reduce the supply chain structuring risks: 1.System environment risks prevention countermeasures. 2. System structure risks prevention countermeasures. 3. Behavior subject risks prevention countermeasures, including:①Strengthening the core-company's own risk management, establishing risk management organizations and development of a risk management system,②Establishing a scientific business outsourcing process, cultivating their own core competencies. 4. Cooperation risks prevention countermeasures, including:①Coordinating the contradictions and conflicts with suppliers,②Partners capacity risk prevention countermeasures,③Information risk prevention countermeasures,④Capital risk prevention countermeasures,⑤Strengthening the joint technology development and use of standardized technology risk prevention.Part 5, is the conclusion of the study. Mainly based on the theories and principles, the study of this paper emphasizes the generality of supply chain structuring. Deep study according to various supply chain models should be do in the future. |
