The Research On The Model Structuring Of The Traditional Catering Supply Chain Enterprise's Supply Chain Finance

Supply chain finance is an effective way to solve the financial difficulties of catering enterprises.Although the experience of other industries can be a reference,it's not fully applicable in the specific implementation due to the low degree of informatization,financial irregularities,variety of ingredients and other characteristics of domestic catering enterprises.Therefore,there are many points to be noticed and adjusted.This paper uses the case study method,based on the perspective of resource arrangement,and makes a case study on Shuhai,the leading catering supply chain enterprise in China to research how traditional food supply chain enterprises create financial business and the evolution path of supply chain through dynamic resource arrangement.In this paper,the specific process of the development of Shuhai was combed based on the perspective of resource orchestration.Interviews and field surveys are conducted to collect the relevant information of the case enterprise,and the data is processed and analyzed.According to Shuhai's development history,this paper divides its development into two stages:traditional supply chain service transformation and supply chain financial service innovation and hackles the resource orchestration and capacity building of the company in the two stages of development,as well as the construction process of its supply chain finance model combined with the three steps of the theory of resource orchestration:resources structuring combination,bundling,and leveraging.In order to illustrate the advantages and characteristics of traditional food supply chain enterprises in developing supply chain finance business better,this paper chooses Yitao that is committed to the construction of catering information platform and Kuailaicai that is a catering financial service platform,to make a comparative study with Shuhai to explain its mode selection and process in the development of supply chain finance better.Through the analysis of resource orchestration theory,this paper reveals the factors behind the core enterprise leading supply chain financial model are not only the resource backgrounds of the core enterprises,but also the dynamic capability of resource development and the formation of the models in each process.Based on the study of the construction process of the supply chain finance model of the traditional heavy assets supply chain enterprise,Shuhai,this paper reveals the build process of the supply chain finance model that is suitable for enterprises.What's more,the case study can display the actions and management decisions of enterprises in the three stages of resource orchestration,resources structuring combination,bundling,and leveraging more directly and then finally provides references for other catering enterprises.
