The project management is the outcome of modern engineering technique and manage theories, It is a newly arisen manage science. Project schedule plan and control pierce through the whole project process, This not only decides item whether success, But also influence the economic performance and develop foreground of project directly.Hold quantity and level of Robot and it's automatic equip is a importance symbolize to scale a national manufacturing comprehensive real strenght. The robot technique can become a huge industry, become the new economy growth point of one region's advanced manufacturing industry, In the meantime, Extensively applied of Robot technique will accelerate the development of social productivity and adjust an industrial structure. In this article, I applied that the theories and method of project management in the cable robot project, Carried on research and study to the project schedule plan and control, Carried out these works on the project: compiled the progress plan,broke down the work structure,optimized progress plan and controlled the project progress. Meanwhile, I analysed the actual problem of this progress and brought forward relational measure, Obtained better effects in the actual work. at the article coda I made a summary to the full text.
