Research On Quality Management Maturity Model Of Municipal Projects Quality Inspection Organization

Under the increasingly competitive situation,how to improve the quality management capacity and the competitiveness of the municipal projects quality inspection organizations has become an issue that managers focus on. At present, the level of quality management is not high in the field of municipal projects quality inspection organizations. Besides, the concepts and techniques of quality management have not been emphasized enough, and its application efficiency is low. Research on Quality Management Maturity Model (QMMM) has become an important subject in the field of quality management. By researching the Quality Management Maturity Model of municipal projects quality inspection organizations, managers can find out the weakness of their quality management, and make a plan to improve, then the level of quality management can be promoted. This is significant for improving the competitive advantage of municipal projects quality inspection organizations, even all the quality inspection organizations.Studies on Quality Management Maturity Model of municipal projects quality inspection organizations are provided in this dissertation. According to current quality management theories and the results of domestic and foreign researches on QMMM, the index system of evaluating the quality management maturity of municipal projects quality inspection organizations is founded, considering the characteristics of the municipal projects quality inspection organizations, and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is introduced, by combining theoretical with empirical research and qualitative with quantitative research.Firstly, with theoretical study, literature review is given to the research of QMMM. It can be found that the current models are not suitable for evaluating the quality management maturity of municipal projects quality inspection organizations, considering the features of municipal projects quality inspection organizations.Secondly, the complex influent factors of quality management maturity of municipal projects quality inspection organizations are analyzed. They are separated into basic elements and classified in the form of hierarchical structure. An index system of evaluating the quality management maturity is found.Lastly, considering the comprehensive and fuzzy characteristic in evaluating the quality management maturity of municipal projects quality inspection organizations, the thesis employees Fuzzy Comprehensive Theory for evaluating as a scientific evaluation method. A case is given to test the feasibility of the model produced.
