Large Engineering Project Management Maturity Evaluation

With the great development of our economy and technology, the formation of electromechanical installation has been enormously expended, the system becomes more and more complicated the cost of building increased and the difficulty of management also promoted. Because of the large amount of profession content, the complicated system, the complex constitution of costing, it is completely difficult to control the costing effectively in electromechanical installation enterprise. At the same time, the electromechanical installation has special properties, the space of costing and profits are relatively big than other project enterprises. With the increasing development and research of management level in company, the theories and methods of project management are used in electromechanical installation programs, but there is a great gap in the theory of modern project management between inland and foreign. So it is significant to improve the competiveness power of the enterprise by solving the practical problems appeared in the everyday operation and management.In this paper, the use of project management maturity evaluation theory and methods, project management of large engineering project had quantitative research. Firstly, based on the large-scale engineering project management content and the requirements from the project quality management, cost management, schedule management and other aspects of the establishment of the project management maturity evaluation index system, using AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index, then, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of construction project management maturity the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, taking the city of Guangzhou chemical industry zone of emergency monitoring system project as an example, according to the management status of the project, collect index data, the use of project management maturity evaluation has been constructed an empirical study on the maturity model for project management of the project. The conclusion of this paper is to understand the present situation of engineering project management, to promote the significance of project management optimization.
