HTLH Land Consolidation Project Management Maturity Evaluation Research Of Longyan

In recent years,the quality of cultivated land in our country,has a form growing area,land consolidation not only can increase the number of cultivated land,improve the quality of cultivated land,is the basis of sustainable utilization of land resources.Land consolidation has many characteristics,such as many participants,many interference factors,professional and tight schedule,how to do the management of land consolidation project,increase the development of agricultural land and improve the quality of cultivated land have become major issues facing the land departments at all levels.This article intends to draw lessons from foreign existing model,apply to the land consolidation project of longyan HTLH model,using the model to evaluate longyan HTLH land consolidation project management maturity level,timely find the deficiency of longyan HTLH land consolidation project management,puts forward improvement strategy,better carry out land consolidation project management for the future work to provide the reference.Combining with the actual situation of land consolidation,we conclude the maturity degree,participant,time and other dimensions of HTLH land consolidation in Longyan,and draw lessons from the classical model to understand the different classification methods.It is suggested that this model should have five A maturity level,respectively,the initial level,growth level,specification level,control level and optimization level,and were defined to describe the five levels of performance characteristics.Through the design dimension and maturity,hope that the model can calculate more scientific,reasonable,all-round evaluation conclusion.Although the process of building an index system is cumbersome,it is very important for the subsequent implementation.The use of literature survey and questionnaire finally identified four first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators,55 third-level indicators.Re-use Delphi method to determine the importance of one,two,three indicators,to build a specific evaluation model.Then through the function calculation,finally determine the level of maturity of the three levels of indicators,evaluation and analysis of research results,put forward the existing problems and improve the direction.
