Town Municipal Infrastructure Investment Projects For Sustainable Development Evaluation

The Sustainable Development Strategy is the important guidingthought for the development of human being in the 21st century. Theproject sustainable development evaluation embody that the sustainabledevelopment strategy is realized in microscopic domain. This thesis hasthe research on the content, index system and method about sustainabledevelopment evaluation of the city municipal facilities investment project,which takes a vital role in urbanization advancement.First, using sustainable development theory, the thesis defines theconcept of the sustainable development of the city municipal facilitiesinvestment project. Analyzing the present condition and developmenttarget of the city municipal facilities investment project, it researches intothe content of sustainable development evaluation of the city municipalfacilities investment project.Afterwards, the thesis discusses the research method about indexsystem of sustainable development evaluation, mainly analyzing thecharacteristic of "driving force-state-response" concept model andimproving the model. According to content of sustainable developmentevaluation of the city municipal facilities investment project and theimproved DSR model, the thesis establishes the index system ofevaluation.The thesis conducts the research about the method and the process ofcomprehensive evaluation. It discusses the application of the method ofentropy-value in evaluation and puts forward the sustainable developmentindex and coordination index to evaluate the state of the sustainabledevelopment of the city municipal facilities investment project.then, the thesis probes into the application of System Dynamics intendency forecast of the city municipal facilities investment project sustainable development. From the angle of the general city municipalfacilities investment project, according to system dynamics theory, itdetermines the system goal, analyzes the system structure and sets up thesystem flow diagram. All this lays the foundation for having a simulationand forecast about tendency of the sustainable development of theconcrete city municipal facilities investment project.Finally, based on the example of X Power Plant Project, this thesishas the sustainable development evaluation on the project.
