Due to the large number of participating units,multiple specialties,and complex technology,various types of interfaces will be generated during the implementation of subway electromechanical projects.Interface problems will have a direct impact on the engineering quality,duration,cost,and other aspects of the electromechanical project.Generally speaking,interface management capability is the foundation for solving interface problems,and maturity is based on the idea of continuous improvement and continuous improvement.By treating capability as a stepwise process of continuous improvement,it can scientifically evaluate and enhance interface management capability in the electromechanical project management process.Therefore,based on the position of the construction unit,this article explores and constructs a maturity evaluation index system for the interface management capability of subway enterprise mechanical and electrical projects from the perspective of maturity,and applies it to the mechanical and electrical projects of Y subway enterprise lines 3 and 4,proving its effectiveness and feasibility.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the current research status of interface management and maturity models at home and abroad was studied,and the maturity model theory,interface management theory,and basic characteristics of interface management capabilities were elaborated.Based on this,a maturity evaluation index system for interface management capabilities of subway enterprise electromechanical projects was constructed.Then,it was applied to the quantitative evaluation of the maturity level of the interface management capability of Y Metro Company’s Line 3 electromechanical project,and its maturity level was obtained as Level 3 specification level.Combining quadrant analysis method,further analyze the maturity evaluation results and propose corresponding improvement measures.Finally,the improvement measures were applied to the practice of improving the interface management capability of Y Metro Company’s Line 4 electromechanical project,and its maturity level was upgraded to level 4 and advanced.The main research conclusions of this article are: 1.Based on the research on the maturity of the interface management capability of subway enterprises’ electromechanical projects,it is possible and necessary to construct an evaluation index system for the maturity of the interface management capability of electromechanical projects;2.Maturity can scientifically evaluate the actual level of interface management capabilities of subway companies’ electromechanical projects,and can serve as an effective tool for identifying and improving interface management capabilities;3.Highlighting the importance of interface management capability in electromechanical project management is of great significance for improving the importance of interface management capability in subway enterprises;4.By combining quadrant analysis method,further analysis can be conducted on the maturity evaluation results,providing guidance for the priority order of improving various indicators of interface management capability. |
