As one of the effective ways to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs,supply chain finance has a significant and far-reaching impact on the healthy and sustainable development of China's economy. The state and local governments attach great importance to the development of supply chain finance, and issued a series of supportive policies to promote the health and long-term development of the supply chain, and strive to form supply chain finance that meets different economic development stages and different regional characteristics. Therefore, what level of supply chain finance, and in which direction it should be promoted to become promoted to become the focus of the state and the region. Therefore,it is necessary to explore and form an indicator system that can evaluate the maturity of supply chain finance development. This paper constructs the index system that influences the development capability of supply chain finance from the perspective of maturity, and then discusses the current situation of China's supply chain financial maturity.Firstly, there are seven factors influence the maturity of supply chain finance through literature analysis and expert opinion.Using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)combined with MICMAC analysis to screen out the key and driving factors that influence the maturity of supply chain finance development.Guided by the key and driving factors, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation index system of supply chain financial maturity, objectively evaluating the development level of China's supply chain finance, then provide scientific and operational countermeasures to encourage China's supply chain financial development.
