On the other hand, although P Firm is playing a regnant role in the domestic market, the pressure on price and technology is more and more heavy as the development of other companies. In order to hold or take a more important role to the OEM customers and ensure that the company can finish the production task on time, P Firm should focus on order management and supplies chain management ect. . More specifically, P firm should optimize the business process and lay emphasis on the supplier management, thereby improve the time rate of consignment.The parent company executed"good production and fine management project"in hole group to improve the level of production since 2010. P Firm took this as a business opportunity and carried out a business process optimization project at the interior. To address the complex relationship between sub-projects and control the scope of the project, we introduced the project scope management tools. By combing the business problems in operations and production, defining business processes and the optimization content; through the project management, the optimization of ERP system various management tools and the establishment of management system, a vendor management system and series content for the optimization of business process, has been systematic planed and undertaken scope change management; through project monitoring system to evaluate the quality of the project.
