Countermeasure Research On DZH Company's Timely Delivery Rate Of Welding Customized Product

This paper analyzes the problem of low timely delivery rate of customized welding products of DZH.The solution to improve the delivery time rate is proposed,and the guarantee measures are given.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly the introduction basic knowledge and theory,the introduction introduces the selected topic background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,from the domestic and foreign research present situation,many previous studies mainly from a part of the production process,delivery timely rate research and put forward countermeasures.On this basis,this paper makes an integration,starting from the whole project,the overall research and analysis.The second part is mainly the analysis of the status quo and causes of the problems.Starting from DZH's well-known welding products,the product production process is divided into product scheme determination,product design,product manufacturing and delivery,and the problem status of the four links is analyzed respectively.After that,the status quo of the four links was analyzed,and the causes of the problems in each link were found out.In the third part,based on the causes of the delay in delivery,the author makes an in-depth analysis of all links to find out the influencing factors of the delay in delivery.The fourth part is the delivery improvement countermeasures and the safeguard measures for the countermeasures.In view of the influencing factors of the reasons for the late delivery,the delivery improvement countermeasures are obtained respectively.For example: for the product method to determine the link and delivery link,mainly rely on CRM customer relationship management system;In terms of product design,PLM system and cloud platform are mainly constructed.For the production and manufacturing of products,MES system and QCC quality control circle are mainly adopted.After determining the delivery of improvement countermeasures,countermeasures for each link of the countermeasures,and put forward countermeasures to safeguard measures.The fourth part is the summary and outlook.
