A Study On Risk Management Of Communication Engineering Project Of China Mobile Group Of DG Branch

In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology and people's ever increasing demands for quality of communication, more attention are paid to communication construction projects. With the expanding of the mobile communication construction, more and more risk and uncertainties appear, which results in the increases of loss scale and it makes a higher demand for the risk management, the traditional mode of operation has been unable to meet the market demand. As a result, research on risk management of mobile communication project has a important practical significance for the smooth implementation of risk management and an accurate grasp of the main risks of the project.This study focuses on risk management issues during the construction of mobile communications project with companies. Combining the theories with practice, firstly, we collect relative information and read the literature at home and abroad, then integrated the existing theories of risk management, determined the risk management model basing on communication engineering construction projects, summarized and reviewed current researches in domestic academia and industry circle and at last picked a research topic. Subsequently, this study took the 14th expansion project of GSM network in City DG branch of China Mobile as an example of case study, and analysized risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and risk controling of the whole process and on this basis, give a summary on the proposed management measures accordingly, including fully understand the risks of mobile communications construction projects, make the appropriate change with management system, realize the right to select a project manager, as well as employ a systematic risk management theory to guide practice.In our study, a comprehensive scientific analysis of the mobile communications industry construction project risk management of the whole process is to be innovative, mainstream risk management theory and practice were used to enhance the level of enterprise risk management. The main conclusion is that telecom operators should understand the concept of mobile communications engineering project risks, with the whole process of risk management theory to guide the project management practices, and according to project needs and make the appropriate changes in management systems, to help project manager achieve equal rights and responsibilities.
