Research On Optimizing Communication Engineering Project Management Based On ZTJWJ Company

Fifth generation of cellular networks(5G)opens cutting-edge ways of improving data safety and sustainability.Broading 5G rollouts are expected near by future,building a dense network with a massive amount of network nodes forming 5G infrastructure is required by mobile network operators.As a result,dramatically increasing amount of mobile communication engineering construction showed up in the market.However,communication engineering market is going to be saturated to some extent and intensive competitive.Therefore,efficient implementation of mobile communication engineering project with high quality is particular important for the development of communication engineering enterprises.Furthermore,communication engineering projects go with characters of time limited,heavily tasks and scattered sites.To achieve that,a set of mature and scientific management system to support controling the tasks going efficiently is demanded.Therefore,studying how to improve their project management of enterprises is critical for winning the communication engineering market and gaining benefits efficiently.I studied on how to improve communication engineering project management taking ZTJWJ company as my research object via literatures studying and combining theroy and practice research.First part,I clarified the current status of ZTJWJ’s project management from schedule management,cost management,safety management and performance management four aspects.I further explored the real situation of their project management via distributing questionairs to the stuff from project department.According to the results analysis of questionairs and their basic current management condition,some issues come up.ZTJWJ exists project postpone,working scheldule for dealing with emergency situation need to be prepared,informatic management platform should be improved,qulity culture of the company is not popular as well as lacking of positive policy,the examing system is missing regarding the cost management in the middle of the project,performance management is at very beginning level.It is critical important to improve their project management level of the company to win the market under competitive environment.Therefore,we carry out this study.
