Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Risk For Shield Project

Comprehensive evaluation on shield project can help us totally grasp the risks of it, find the reason of them, so as to make policy efficiently to reduce the risk degree of them. on the basis of past research, the dissertation focuses on the confirmation of evaluation indicators and construction of evaluation method.Based on the definition of risk management of shield project, the character of it is analyzed, risk recognition and risk estimation of shield project is also analyzed, and present risk evaluation method is carded. According to the idea and principal of the confirmation of evaluation indicators, considering the character of shield project, the basic comprehensive evaluation indicator system of risk evaluation of shield project is confirmed, and according to fuzzy preference relation theory, the indicators are selected, so as to confirm the final comprehensive evaluation indicator system of shield project. On the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk evaluation model is proposed, and procedure of it is also proposed. Case study on three construction companies, the application of the model is demonstrated, and which also has shown the model is scientific and applicable. Finally, the thesis is summarized, the disadvantage of the paper is explained, and the future study of the field is also proposed.
