Project Schedule is an important economic indicator measuring the level of a construction project management, whether project works can be completed and taken over within an estimated duration is fatal to the economic benefit of the project. Project network technique is presently a frequently-used method to make project schedule plan. Since the technique is based on experts'experiences, the estimated value totally rests with experts'personal judgments. So, the schedule plan base on such techniques deviates from the truth. To solve these problems above, this thesis is aiming to raise a more accurate and scientific method by introducing risk analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the research of project schedule management, deeply analyzing all the uncertain factors, establishing a project construction period estimating model based on risk analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Taking theoretical analysis together with actual investigation, this thesis makes wide investigation on practical project schedule management, and then establishes the index system of project schedule management with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Meanwhile, the thesis works out construction period set that meets the requirement of risk with risk analysis on all the spared construction period of project item. This thesis sequentially makes analysis with fuzzy mathematics theory on the construction period set that have been risk evaluated, and evaluates on the spare construction period set based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, finally reaches an optimal estimated schedule of the project item.
