Nowadays, the economic situation, markets and technology innovations are quickly changing in the world. All the changes are sharply challenging the development of enterprises. In order to keep the continuous development, enterprises are focusing on the management innovations and improvements along with the technology innovations.HT Company, abbreviated as HT, is a manufacturing enterprise growing from the 90s of last century. With more than 20 years developing and increasing, HT formed many management problems, such as the inner swart competition, overstaffed, complex and overlap processes, difficile communication, and resource waste and so on.Facing these management problems, the top management team in HT realized that the firm is challenging the hard and dangerous period as its starting. For the sake of passing such difficult period, the leaders adopted business process management method to replace the old functional management model.Business process management, abbreviated as BPM, is the system method with achievement of an organization's objectives through the analysis, improvement, control and management of essential business processes. This method is just suitable for the management requirement of HT, providing the theory foundation for the management innovations.The research object of this dissertation is sales business process management of HT, with the BPM theory instruction. Through analyzing the general development situation and the survival environment and the related problems of business process management in HT, this article found out the root reason is the sales business process in HT. Based on BPM principles, this thesis optimized and designed the solution of sales business process for HT. This article analyzed the implementation status of the solution, summarized the implementing effects and proposed the methods to check and control the solution implementation risk.HT is a typical manufacturing enterprise at the industry revolution period. This experience of optimizing the sales business process management in HT might be reference for the enterprises in the same field with same predicament.
