The Application And Research Of Business Process Management In The Automobile Sales Corporation

Currently, Business Process Management has been one of the hottest topics in management academic and corporate field. Business Process Management provide a new way for business to promote its competitive power and total performance.. This paper tries to make a deep research on the theory and methodology of Business Process Management.This paper includes three chapters. On the first chapter, it introduces the basic concept of Business Process Management, which consists of the content and essence, analyzing its status in management through comparing it with Business Process Reengineering.On the second chapter, this paper studies the methodology of Business Process Management which including the maturity of a Business Process, the capability of a Organization. The paper presents the maturity of a Business Process model using for reference CMMI model. As for the Business Process Management ,this paper introduce the way how to implement it with doing research on the five aspects to execute the business process management.Finally, this paper validates the methodology of Business Process Management and analyzes the result after Business Process Management through the example of HuaYi Automobile Sales Co., Ltd.
