ERP oriented to the market business marketing, emphasizing the suppliers, manufacturers and disuibutors of new partnerships, fine chemical industry to link sales as an important ways for profit, the enterprise sales module process reengineering ERP import, implementation of information flow, logistics, capital flow, value flow and business flow effective planning and control, so as to customers, distributors, suppliers and manufacturers links into a complete network structure. In the ERP system design, especially to highlight the sales module and other departments of the cooperative and the other module guidance. The scheme for DM company to achieve supply chain sales management system planning objectives, namely, straighten enterprise sales process, establishing multi level control mechanism, to provide real-time sales reports, fully reflects the enterprise sales, eventually embodies the customer-centric marketing thinking; at the same time and financial solutions together can make DM company finance business integration of system planning target.This paper uses simulation method (model) as the main research method. The system planning process the main principles for business process improvement, optimization and reorganization of the three stage method. Mainly includes the following content, ERP customers to develop archival process design; ERP inventory classification archives process design; ERP sales price management process design; ERP credit management process design; ERP sales return flow design.This paper studies the fine chemical industry enterprises in the implementation of ERP in the import process, according to the actual work flow analysis and think, put forward in the sales module in various important projects. Provides a universal solution, namely with the sales department at the core of enterprises in the implementation of ERP programs when effectively solves the problem that the enterprise exists. This article through a lot of field study and practical investigation summarizes the current DM company sales management in the presence of structural and procedural questions. Through to these question analysis, combining the characteristics of industry ERP system identifies the defects of. Based on the working process of defect analysis for ERP system into a set a good precondition for the chemical industry, the ERP system provides a feasible solution.
