With entering into the new century and the developing of information technology, the global economy development is becoming much closer that lead to competing fiercely. If the corporations want to survive and develop in the collision of economic globalization, they should get rid of the traditional personnel management system and establish the human resource management with strategic outlook. Staff, especially the knowledge staff as the power for developing constantly is the soul of innovating and winning the competitive edge. Therefore, the corporations not only need to establish the strategic human resource management, but also need to investigate the incentive mechanism for knowledge staff under the influence of different enterprise strategy, find the match which can promote the incentive effect.Standing on the new stage of the human resource development in the knowledge economy age, on the basis of analyzing the relationship of strategic human resource management and enterprise strategy, this thesis expresses how to inspire the knowledge staff under the influence of different enterprise strategy. At first, based on reading a great deal of relative literature, this article initially sums up the civil and foreign research conclusion of incentive factors for knowledge staff. Then, by the way of designing the questionnaire of incentive factors for knowledge staff under the influence of different enterprise strategy and getting the analytic conclusion after detailed analysis, the thesis concludes the sequence of the incentive factors for knowledge staff through the method of key factor. Finally, combined with the main incentive factors for knowledge staff, the incentive mechanism for knowledge staff under different enterprise strategy could be designed.On the basis of consulting with lots of relative references, it is found that the civil and foreign research had be limited in the field of the relation between enterprise strategy and strategic human resource, moreover, the incentives for knowledge staff which had not be considered matching with the specific enterprise strategy. In this article it concludes the incentives for knowledge staff under different enterprise strategy which has a certain extent value for theory innovation. During the progress of research, it introduced the key factor method which was used for evaluating the investment environment and had a certain extent innovation for research method.
